What is your return policy for dance and fitness wear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and certain undergarments are final sale.

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear for an upcoming masterclass.
Are Zumba shoes suitable for outdoor use?
While our shoes feature Z-Slide technology perfect for pivoting on studio floors, they can be worn outdoors. However, to preserve the specialized sole for dancing, we recommend using them primarily on indoor surfaces.
